Produced under the banner of N.F.C Entertainment, K.V.Anil scripted this malayalam film has Pashupathy, Padmapriya,  Shweta Menon, Makarand Deshpande, Shashi Kallinga, Jagathy Sreekumar, Jagadeesh and other leading stars of the malayalam cinema. For the lyrics of Vayalar Sarath Chandra Varma and Rajeev Allunkal, Music Direction is performed by M.Jayachandran.
