"Mariyam Mukku" : L J Films bags distribution rights

Fahadh Faasil in 'Amen'.

It seems that distribution and production house L J Films are busy promoting people closely associated with director Lal Jose. From latest reports, it has acquired distribution rights of movie "Mariyam Mukku", which will mark the debut of scenarist James Albert in the field of direction. Both Lal Jose and James work together in the movies "Classmates" and "Ezhu Sundara Rathrikal".

 "Mariyam Mukku" will feature Fahadh Faasil and Hima Davis in the central
characters. Kollywood star Thiagarajan is also making his return after the movie "Bodyguard". He will be playing foster father role of Fahadh Faasil in the film and his character's name is Mariyaan Ashan. Fahadh is playing the character Felix, a fisherman.

 Apart from above cast, Nedumudi Venu, Sreenivasan, Tini Tom, Aju Varghese, Neena Kurup, Irshaad, Devi Ajith, Seema G Nair, Sadikh and others include the cast. Saam Big Movies banner, A K Shabeer is the producer. Gireesh to do the cinematography works, while music has been prepared by Vidyasagar.

Past few releases, whether it is "1983" of Abrid Shine or Anoop Kannan's "Homely Meals" are distributed by L J Films. Abrid and Anoop Kannan have worked as assistant director to Lal Jose.
