Review : "Bharya Athra Pora"

Akku Akbar again teamed up with Jayaram and Gopika to create the success of their earlier film, but the film has nothing new to offer and in sense of story line, it seems to not taut in a proper manner. However family viewers can enjoy this for entertainment aspect and somewhere this Malayalam movie "Bharya Athra Pora" looks better than makers earlier movie "Veruthe Oru Bharya". On whole, an average one....

Again this film also talks about the family issues, also discuss the points that how alcohol and social networking site can destruct one's life. Sathyanathan (Jayaram) is a school teacher, who teach Malayalam
subject and As his life goes on, he leaned towards the laziness in his job. With the help of his friends, Sathyanathan turned out a boozer. His life starts to take whirl, which accumulate a number of problems in the family consist of wife Priya (Gopika), who is a bank employee and their lone child Bhaskaran (Ken Sanal).

The things started to get worsen and Sathyanathan point his wife responsible for his illness, on the other hand to improve his condition, school administration give him the charge of recently opened computer lab. With his new assigned job, Sathyanathan develops the new hobby of social networking site Facebook through that he fell in love with a girl, there begins the trial of deception towards his wife, which forms the rest of this movie.

Jayaram as usual looks convincing in this kind of role, while on some parts things goes out of his hands. Gopika doesn't get too much of scenes on her comeback to perform, Aju Varghese, Sunil Sukhadha, Balachandran Chullikkadu, Jayaraj Warrier, Molly Kannamaly, Reena Basheer and others have just gave their average to the characters. Songs are nice in parts with the hands of Shyam Dharman and the lyrics have been written by Engendiyoor Chandrashekharan.

Director Akku Akbar and Scenarist K Gireesh Kumar haven't given chance to the story to get the real value, despite they traverse the same path as they showcased on their earlier joint venture. Frame composition from the cinematographer Jibu Jacob looks on the good side. Editing could have been more effective with the hands of Lijo Paul. For the banner of Anto Joseph Film Company banner, Anto Joseph is the producer of this Malayalam movie "Bharya Athra Pora".
