"Picket 43" - Prithviraj first time in Major Ravi movie

Prithviraj Sukumaran for the first time has teamed up with well known filmmaker Major Ravi. The movie has been titled as "Picket 43" and It has gone on the floor last week at Kashmir. Film's shoot is in full swing despite of unfavourable condition. It will be a bilingual one, Along with Malayalam there also a Hindi version as well.

 The plot here revolves around a soldier, who get posting at border and he find
himself alone with a dog and radio to something cheer about. Being isolated, he sought solace in his friendship with a Pak soldier, who also living the same life. There lies some love happening in this story within soldier's state of mind amid this extreme surroundings.

 Here actor Prithviraj for the first time also donning the full fledged soldier character and Along with him Bollywood actor Jaaved Jaffrey playing the major character in the movie. Prithvi has given around 10 days of date for the movie "Picket 43". Cinematography works would be handled by Jomon T John.

 Major Ravi's last released directorial was "Oru Yathrayil" movie's segment 'Amma' and now again director has again back to his best genre...., that is movies with military backdrop....
