Padmanabha Theatre is considered to be one of the oldest theatres in this city and Owned by S. Chandran, who is the son of  Merryland P.Subramaniyam, studio owner and producer of malayalam cinema. Recently Padmanabha theatre was renovated and reopened with the Prithvi's "Urumi" and This theatre witness the celebration of 75 days of "Urumi".
