Review : "Breaking News Live"

Sudheer Ambalappad directed film "Breaking News Live" not that kind of a path breaking definition, still it has its communication to the audience. The film counts on social issues that had been hovering over the last year. Directors intention to make a good film is clear, but lacks the punch that could make it a different one......, so verdict is one time watch...

Alright things began with the catering technology student Nayana (Kavya Madhavan) and she falls in love with his teacher Deepak (Vineeth) at the same college. On the other side we have Nayana's friend Swapna (Mythili)
works in a private firm, She also has the liability to look after her grandmother (Sukumari), as well as her mentally challenged brother. where we follow a college tour...

On this return journey through the train, Nayana goes through some miserable experience of her life. She became the part of a incident, where the her friend Swapna asks for Nayana's help, but she wasn't able to react to her friends request. Now this incidence affects her after life that she feels culpable, which forms the rest of the story.

Director Sudheer Ambalappad and Scenarist G.Kishore's effort to get on with this subject is really sincere, then somehow it gives up in the story presentation, especially in the first half.  It could be appreciable, if it reaches the masses in the right path, while on this film, there would be some amount of doubt. Murali Krishnan's visuals are fine at times.

Kavya Madhavan rendered her character the the way it needed, apart from that Vineeth, Mythili, Sukumari, Devan, Mamukoya, Lakshmi Sharma, Thalaivasal Vijay, Anoop Chandran and others have managed their character in a usual way. BG score wasn't good, songs are at the okay level with the lyrics of Premadas Iruvallur and tunes were prepared by Mohan Sithara. For the banner of News Value Productions, Ranjith Kumar is the producer of this malayalam movie "Breaking News Live".
