Malayalam film noted scriptwriter T.A.Shahid, who delivered some biggest malayalam films of our time, died at MIMS Hospital, Kozhikode on Friday evening. At the age of 41, he was under the treatment of Liver related problem and died of Liver Cirrhosis. He is survived by his wife Sheeja and two daughters.

     T.A.Shahid is the younger brother of Popular scriptwriter T.A.Razhakh and penned superhit films like "Ballettan", "Rajamanikyam", "Pachakuthira", "Mambazhakaalam", "Khaki", "Thanthonni", "MLA Maniyum Patham
Classum Gusthiyum" and others include in his short career.

          As T.A.Shahid started of as the assistant director in the film industry, but with V.M.Vinu directed "Ballettan" in 2003, turns him a scriptwriter that was the crucial film for Mohanlal's career. T.A.Shahid also provide Mammookka's different and not seen side with his penned movie "Rajamanikyam" in 2005. He was a regular visitor to the locations of the films that have been shot at kozhikode. On last sunday, T.A.Shahid was present at the sets of Mammookka's film "Bavuttiyude Namathil".
