"Seconds" director Aneesh Upasana against distributor

Fashion photographer and director Aneesh Upasana has come out against distributor of his directorial movie "Seconds". He has started protest strike yesterday (Nov.20) in front distributor's office for not releasing the film yet. As per the reports, he and producer Ajay Jose is on hunger strike and it's now on second day.

 The director alleges that distributors have purposefully delaying the film's
release. In this span of time, "Seconds" release date have been shifted many times. It is waiting since last 1 year and reportedly producer is also facing financial crisis. It is Aneesh Upasana's 2nd film after the movie "Matinee".

 "Seconds" has Jayasurya, Aparna Nair, Vinay Forrt, Riyas Khan, Anjali Aneesh, Vinayakan and others in the cast. The distribution rights have been sold to Varnachithra Release.

  As per report, film's satellite rights have been sold for hefty amount and on release issue, even distributor's are not willing to step back from distribution rights.

 Actor Vinay Forrt also registered his support for director through his social networking page.
